1. User Cancellation, Refund & Exchange

• No Refunds: Once enrolled, course fees paid by Users are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Exchange Policy: Requests to switch from one course/service to another will be considered only if made prior to the official start date of the course.

• Procedure: Users must submit such exchange requests either through the website support link or via email at info@upskillgenerativeai.com

• Fee Adjustment: If the newly selected course has a higher fee, the difference amount must be paid by the User before confirmation. If the new course fee is lower, no refunds will be issued.

• Post-Start Restriction: Once a course has started, no exchanges or modifications shall be entertained.

2. General Cancellation Policies

Payments made by Users may only be refunded under the following conditions:

• If the Company cancels the course or service due to reasons not attributable to the User, including but not limited to:

  • Trainer unavailability,

  • Insufficient batch strength,

  • Technical incapability of delivering the Service,

  • Or sudden discontinuation of a program.

• The Company reserves the right to review and decide upon cancellation requests. Only if such requests fall under the above-mentioned conditions will a refund be processed.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing period.

• Users are strongly advised to review the course details, duration, and eligibility before enrolling.

• The Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the quality and continuity of services for all learners.
